So you have heard of us and would like to inquire about joining up... (or you are one of our member teams and want to know what I'm up to NOW lol).

We limit our growth to two teams per year and always have at least two teams under consideration for membership for the following year. We would like to make everyone a member but that is not possible nor would it be good for the sport of scenario paintball. If your team is interested in joining us please read the following list of rules that must be implemented and are strictly enforced.

1. NO CHEATING: Cheating of any kind will NOT be tolerated. There is nothing more to say on that.

2. Respect the game, respect everyone in it: It is not our job to police the game. Our job is to be sure we are not the ones needing to be controlled. Treat each player, ref, producer and vendor with dignity and respect.

3. Humble in victory: When we win (and we seem to win often) we do so humbly. Chest beating and trash talking only builds the will of our opposition.

4. Grace in defeat: (This is a new category for the ERSA) when we lose we do so gracefully. Let the other guys have their victory. We will study what they did to defeat us and what we could have done better. Then we will TRAIN HARDER (http://www.youtube.com/user/SPbTV) to be sure that won't happen again.

5. Train together: Whenever possible we attend events together or have private training sessions in order to sharpen our skills.

6. Each team shall "police their own." All of these rules are expected to be strictly enforced by the individual member teams. Decision affecting the Alliance are handled by the team captains by way of majority vote. There is no de facto head of the organization. We are all equal in the creation and maintenance of the alliance. Keep the spirit alive and it shall thrive.

As founder I want to say welcome to our forum and thank you for considering membership in our group. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me privately or by posting those questions here.

(This post will be regularly reviewed and may be updated. Please check back often.)
